Emily grew up in the small town of Exeter, Ontario, where her love for movement began as a competitive swimmer and high jumper. Her dedication to high jump earned her two national titles while studying Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. It was during her time as a varsity athlete that Emily truly understood the importance of building a strong foundation to prevent injury—a principle that deeply influences her practice today.
After completing her degree, Emily continued her academic journey with a Master’s in Physical Therapy at McMaster University. Her time there further solidified her commitment to holistic care and injury prevention/rehabilitation, as she blends manual therapies with personalized education to empower her patients in achieving long-term health.
Emily has a special interest in pelvic health and is dedicated to pursuing advanced education in this field to better support her patients. She’s passionate about helping individuals of all backgrounds get back to doing what they love, whether that’s excelling in sports, thriving at work, or simply enjoying life with family and friends.
Outside the clinic, Emily enjoys walking her dog Peanut, cooking up new dishes, and spending time with loved ones. Whether working with athletes or anyone recovering from injury or surgery, Emily’s mission is clear: to help people build a resilient body for a healthier future.

Jess Campbell, BA, MACP, AIT, RP(Qualifying)
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
OFFERING: In-person and virtual/online therapy from Her Optimal Health in Strathroy
Jess Campbell is many things (did you see all those letters behind her name?!), including but not limited to a woman, wife, mother, dairy and grain farmer, business owner, feminist, 2SLGBTQIA+ ally and therapist. Living, growing and raising a family as a 3rd generation farmer with her husband, Andrew, has helped Jess develop a keen understanding of what life is like in a rural community, and especially what it’s like to be a farmer. She knows that some days are truly incredible while other days can feel absolutely gut-wrenching.
The clients Jess works with often struggle with communication in their relationships; perfectionism and/or people-pleasing; knowing how to balance what they want and what needs to get done without guilt; feeling their emotions and not judging themselves for doing so; and worrying intensely about events in their life.
Farmers, farm family members, first responders, millennials (elder millennials, to be specific), and women tend to come to Jess for her empathetic-yet-no-B.S. approach to therapy. She has worked with high school students and octogenarians alike, for the reasons listed above and many, many others.
Jess helps her clients build self-compassion while learning to communicate effectively, recognize and believe in their strengths (yes, you do have them!), challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and show up for others and themselves in relationships.
Whether you’re a farmer, a new parent, an empty-nester or even an octogenarian, you deserve to feel compassion toward yourself and to know your worth as a human being. When you’re ready, Jess would love to help you get there.
Fun fact: Jess’ idea of an absolute nightmare is going to a butterfly conservatory, as she is deathly afraid of butterflies.
Jess is available Thursday evenings each week from 2 PM to 7 PM at Her Optimal Health in Strathroy. To book a session with Jess, please reach out to the admin team at Her Optimal Health.
